Scarification is a different process to aeration; it is primarily a turf grooming operation - you basically remove untidy growth, moss and control organic matter build-up.

Scarifying is light work if you use one of Stiga's electric lawn scarifiers.

What does the Stiga SV 415 E and Stiga SV 213 E do?
Both makes furrows in the soil, allowing water and oxygen to reach the grass roots removing dead roots, moss and other debris at the same time.

Both machines need a 15m electric mains cable that has to be purchased separately.
