STIHL's excellent cordless technology

The included AK 20 battery can power this tool for up to 35 minutes, while taking just 150 minutes to fully charge. Cordless technology has come a long way in a short space of time, and allows more users than ever to experience the excellent advantages it offers. The MSA 120 C-BQ is brilliantly lightweight, just 2.5kg excluding the battery, while being so quiet that you don't even need to wear ear protection while using it. Without petrol fumes, spillages, costly maintenance or power cables to think about, these tools really do give you a sense of freedom.

Efficient performance

This saw uses STIHL's Ematic chain lubrication system, which provides maximum lubrication, longer wear and less oil consumption than conventional methods of chain lubrication. It offers the added benefit of up to 50 percent reduced bar oil consumption. The electric motor that this machine is powered by is also extremely efficient, lightweight and compact. The quiet running is only possible because of STIHL's intelligent engine design, while it also gives out very low vibrations and requires no servicing.

Easy, comfortable operation

STIHL's Quick Chain Tensioning system makes it extremely easy to adjust the chain's tension. You simply need to release the sprocket cover and turn the thumb wheel to set the optimum tension with no tools needed. The combination of clever design, light weight, low noise and low vibrations make the MSA 120 C-BQ a brilliantly easy tool to handle.
