What are our Delivery Options and the Costs?

Small Items - like Accessories, Oils, Belts, Parts etc.

These items are subject to a delivery charge.
Most of the UK mainland starts at around £6.99 inc VAT (The Shopping Cart will add the delivery cost dependant on the item added).

Certain Postcodes and areas like the Isle of Wight, the Highlands and Northern Ireland have extra delivery costs. Please contact us if you live in one of these areas prior to placing your order. Our Sales Team can be contacted on 01260 278332 or Speak to Us using the Chatbox on the web site. We aim to despatch most of these items within 3 working days. We will get in touch if there will be a long delay. This can be done via email or calling you directly.

Once items are dispatched by ourselves, most deliveries occur next day. Although we cannot be held responsible for any delays by the couriers. If you have any special requests regarding your delivery please make special mention of these whilst placing your order.


Boxed Items - like Small lawnmowers, hedgecutters, blowers, brushcutters, some generators.


Some of these items are delivered to most of the UK mainland FREE OF CHARGE, if this is the case no Delivery Cost will be added to your Shopping Cart prior to checkout. If the item does have a delivery cost this will be automatically added to your cart total.

Large Items - like Lawn tractors, compact tractors, quad bikes, toppers, large lawnmowers etc.


These items are subject to a delivery charge and a normally sent on a pallet or via a courier service. Prices depend on your Location.


Goods that are sent via pallets will normally be dispatched within 5 working days on a 2-3 day service. Mowersplus can not be held responsible for any delays caused by the pallet network. In both cases you will be contacted prior to delivery so that someone can be present to receive the goods at the final destination.


Important notice regarding access for large deliveries.

It is the customer's responsibility to make us aware of any restrictions that the delivery driver might encounter on delivering large machines, particulary things like quad bikes, garden tractors, lawn tractors and so on.


Restrictions could be anything from property related, narrow country roads or lanes, turning restrictions especially when a trailer or large lorry is used for delivery.


In-Store Collections.

Some items are not available for delivery and can only be collected in-store. Some manufacturers like STIHL (chainsaws), GGP & John Deere do not allow us to ship items outside of our area. These items can still be bought online and collected in-store FREE OF CHARGE.

Returns and Re-Stocking Charges.


If the item is not faulty or you decide to cancel the order for any other reason. You the consumer (purchaser of the goods) are responsible for the costs of returning an item to us. In some instances some of our suppliers charge us re-stocking fees, this will be passed onto the consumer (purchaser of the goods).
